fees ($1.50 - Normal Mail) / $3.20 - Registered Mail) and make the payment by transfering the total amount to POSB Saving Acount: 126-76345-0 and at the same
time fill up the transfer transaction details (IB Nickname & Reference ID) on the Order Form. Once this is done, don't forget to click the "Send" button. Once we received
the Order Form, we will verified and confirmed the payment. Upon successful of payment, we will send you a confirmation email and your orders will be packed and sent

All orders with payment will be sent to Singpost for delivery within 1-2 working days. Customers should be able to received the items in 3-4 working days. If you did not

Shipping:
All shipping will be done by Singpost. There will be a default postage fee of $1.50 (Normal Mail) for every purchase irregardless of the quantity. However, if
Customer choose to opt for "Registered Mail", The postage charges will be $3.20. For customer paying by Paypal, customer have to add "Registered Mail" into the cart
in-order to convert from "Normal Mail" to "Registered Mail". Customer paying by ATM Bank Transfer / iBanking, there will be an options for you to select when filling up the
Order Form. We strongly recommend customers to choose "Registered Mail" as we will not be responsible for any lost of items during the process of delivery by
Singpost.
Registered mail:
Package will be delivered directly to the your doorstep by Singpost postman. Once we have sent your items to Singpost for delivery, Dot. Personnel will send you the
tracking number. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
Registered mail postage is additional $1.70 to normal mail postage.

Qns: Will my information be kept private?
Ans: Dot.Closet will have no information relating to your credit card details.

Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only.
As Dot.Closet carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 24 hours after submitting the Order Form.

Qns: Can you provide more information about your products?
Ans: Dot.Closet will provide as much information on our products in terms description, measurements, fabric and material information. We will also provide a wide ray of images for you to aid your shopping experience.
Shipping Details
Dot.Closet parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office.
Orders received on a Sunday and Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We would like to hi-light to all customers that if you opted for Normal Mail, you have to bear the responsibility for any items not received. We do not accept complaints or feedbacks for items not received via Normal Mail.
There are unforeseen circumstances that one may not be able to receive their items:
a. incorrect address or incomplete address
b. receiver has shifted residence when item has reached
c. family members of receivers did not inform them that there is a slip of self-collection card for unsuccessful delivery to your doorstep.
d. postman may have forgotten to leave a note that it is a failed delivery and has not left a white card to indicate item will be sent back to their nearest post office.
e. lost mail along the way
f. item has not been redeemed for 15 working days from date of post.
All in all, we always leave our return address as the back of the parcel. They will return the items back to us if it has been left uncollected for too long.
Customers are encouraged to note that Normal Mail is not recommended as Singpost is unable to track their whereabouts due to no tracking number for Normal Mail. There is no receipt to indicate the address or status.
Registered mail ($3.20) is highly recommended as you have a 9 digit tracking number to trace the status.
FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS
Dot.Closet will process all orders with Singpost Normal Mail unless you request for Registered Mail. We strongly recommend customers to use Registered Mail.
Qns: How long does it take to receive my orders?
Ans: You can usually receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days. Please email us at enquiry_dot-closet.com if you did not receive your items after 10 working days.
Qns: What is the shipping cost for registered mail in Singapore?
Ans: The charges for registered mail is SGD $3.20
Qns: Can I request for Self Collection?
Ans: No, We don't have such service available at this moment yet.
Returns & Exchanges

1. All item sold at not refundable or exchangeable.
2. An Exchange is considered only if item is found to be manufacturer defects or wrong item delivered to our customer.

4. Items that is granted for an Exchange must be in original condition.

3. Customer has to send the rejected item together with your "Name", "Contact Number" and your "Transaction Number (Paypal)
